Professional Indemnity Insurance

At The Grange Estate, we maintain appropriate Professional Indemnity Insurance to provide reassurance and protection to our clients.

This cover applies to claims arising from professional services provided by The Grange Estate, including event planning, coordination, and related advisory services, where applicable.

Full details of our insurance cover, including the insurer and level of indemnity, are available upon request.

Terms of Booking

By confirming a booking with The Grange Estate, you agree to the following terms:
All bookings must be confirmed in writing.
A booking is only secured upon receipt of the required deposit.
Provisional bookings will be held for a limited period and may be released if not confirmed within that time.
All event details must be finalised within agreed timelines prior to the event.
Any amendments to the booking must be agreed in writing by The Grange Estate.
The client is responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate.
The Grange Estate reserves the right to refuse or amend a booking where necessary.

Deposit Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received in full.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.
At the discretion of The Grange Estate, deposits may be transferred to an alternative date where circumstances allow.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to the event date.
